We’re introducing important changes to this year’s fundraisers, all geared to achieve a more balanced allocation of resources, the biggest financial return and consistent emphasis on building a strong sense of community among our LME families:

  • The Jungle Adventure Carnival family event, previously held in the spring, will now occur during the fall semester.  Mark your calendar for Saturday November 3, 2007!! 
  • The Auction & Dinner will remain a stand-alone parent event in the spring (tentatively planned for Feb. 23, 2008)
  • The fall Sally Foster Wrapping and PassBooks fundraiser has been discontinued on a campus-wide, coordinated level.  (Note: If you really love that wrapping paper, you will still be able to order online and LME will benefit!! Details will be coming shortly on this)

With this streamlined, targeted approach to fundraising, we aim to better direct our time, energy and resources to efforts with the most impact, both financially and culturally.
