Mailing Lists
Mailing lists are a convenient way for PTA officers and chairs to disseminate information to
parents. Below is a description of the existing lists as well as a form that you can use to
manage your subscriptions.
If you would like to change your subscriptions for the News/Volunteer mailing lists, enter your email address and click on the
checkboxes to indicate which lists you want to be subscribed to or unsubscribed from.
A confirmation email will be sent to you to ensure that third parties do not change your subscriptions
without your knowledge.
- Round Rock ISD ENews
- This mailing list is run by RRISD to allows the district and staff to communicate
with parents. It allows you to subscribe for any school in the district as well as
district-wide news.
- PTA News Mailing List
- This mailing list is used to send out PTA or school news to parents. Typical postings
will include meeting or PTA event reminders, school news, and possibly news about other
events in Round Rock ISD. Only PTA board members should send emails to this list.
- PTA Volunteer Mailing List
- The intent of this mailing list is to allow organizers of PTA events to easily notify
parents of upcoming volunteer opportunities. Posting is currently not moderated for
list members, but third party posts are moderated to prevent abuse.
- Executive Board Mailing List
- This mailing list is used by the Executive Board members. Posting to the list is
mainly intended for board members, but anyone is welcome to view the archives.
Non-board members may submit emails to the list, but they will be moderated to ensure
the content is appropriate.
